$60k - $70k plus up to 10% Bonus
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency. In addition to traditional executive support, the Human Resources Executive Assistant will contribute to employee engagement efforts and support both the onboarding and offboarding experience for team members.
Responsibilities Of The Human Resources Executive Assistant
- Provide calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning for executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized systems for tracking executive priorities, action items, and project timelines.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve administrative or logistical issues.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities such as team events and recognition efforts.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing welcome materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and facilitating introductions.
- Assist with offboarding tasks such as scheduling exit interviews, collecting company property, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Executive Assistant:
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant, planning, or coordination role in a professional environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar/meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
