Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will be the right-hand support to the Executive and Operations teams, handling day-to-day office and administrative tasks with confidence and style. This administrative assistant role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, enjoys being in the know, and is excited to be part of a positive and dynamic office environment. This full-time position is onsite in NYC, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive and department leads.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain internal communications.
- Assist with planning and executing product launches, team events, and off-sites.
- Oversee office organization and inventory, especially for beauty samples and PR mailers.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Greet and host office visitors while maintaining a polished front-of-office environment.
- Offer support across various departments, including marketing and operations, as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar support role.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Strong team player with an upbeat, approachable attitude.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or other basic design/editing platforms.
- Interest in skincare, beauty products, or cosmetics.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
