The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor will assist in leading our maintenance team operation. Work closely with the Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance procedures and projects for the hangars, terminal, passenger jet bridges and baggage handling system and off-site government affairs buildings, focusing on safety, efficiency and client satisfaction.
The Supervisor, in coordination with the Manager, will verify and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and customers by OSHA and Airport Policies.

Shifts: 2nd Shift 2 PM-10:30 PM
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on PBB systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
Use computer-based CMMS system to create and closeout work orders with data including labor hours, equipment, maintenance, and parts used.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION
Associate degree or technical certification in a field related to Facilities Management, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or Industrial Maintenance or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in oral and written forms effectively and efficiently, sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give and receive work direction.
Working knowledge of airport infrastructure systems, such as passenger boarding bridges (PBBs), baggage handling systems (BHS), and related terminal equipment, is a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS, TRAVEL, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to address the needs of the customer.
