We’re hiring a Sourcing Manager - Packaging to lead sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization for CPG packaging materials across internal production and external manufacturing. This role supports innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency across the packaging supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and procurement for packaging in the CPG category, including pricing analysis, supplier negotiations, and cost modeling
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure quality and cost targets
- Support packaging innovation and qualification by partnering with R&D, quality, and operations
- Drive savings initiatives and support sustainable packaging goals
- Track key procurement metrics and maintain accurate pricing data
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
- 3+ years of packaging experience in the CPG industry
- Bachelor’s degree in packaging, business, engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
- Strong skills in cost modeling, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
