A growing wellness and lifestyle brand is seeking a proactive, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support its inspiring Founder and CEO. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting a high-energy leader who’s expanding her business, launching a book, and managing a full slate of media appearances and events.
The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, balances structure with flexibility, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise. This position calls for a confident professional who brings both organization and warmth, helping the CEO stay centered and productive throughout a busy schedule.
Responsibilities
Manage complex scheduling, travel, and logistics with care and precision.
Prepare daily briefings, track deliverables, and ensure seamless follow-through.
Serve as the primary liaison among the CEO, internal teams, and external partners.
Support lifestyle and business tasks — from event prep to personal errands — with discretion and attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all matters.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience supporting senior-level executives, ideally within wellness, media, or creative industries.
Calm under pressure with a service-oriented mindset.
Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in an ever-changing environment.
Tech-savvy with experience using modern communication and scheduling tools.
Based in the Greater NYC area with flexibility to travel as needed.
