We’re leading the search for a Plant Manager to join a high-profile, innovative manufacturer in the plastics and packaging industry. This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role with the support and visibility of a well-established organization.
As Plant Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 60+ employees, including both internal staff and contract labor. Your direct reports will include the Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Process Engineer and Operations Supervisors. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can engage, motivate and drive a front-line team toward daily operational excellence.
Key qualifications:
- Proven success leading and developing front-line teams to meet real-time production goals
- Experience in unionized environments
- Background in continuous manufacturing (vs. batch)
- Passion for operational sustainability and circular manufacturing practices
