We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our team and help us scale while ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products from suppliers to our customers. This role is key to maintaining our commitment to delivering excellent products on time and at the highest quality.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our end-to-end operations across our supplement and marketing business. This role will oversee supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and operational workflows to ensure seamless product delivery, quality control, and efficient scaling of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) model.

As a core member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning operational execution with marketing-driven product launches, high-volume sales cycles, and rapid fulfillment expectations. The ideal candidate is experienced in supplement manufacturing and eCommerce operations, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement scalable operational strategies to support growth in both supplement fulfillment and marketing initiatives.
Align operations with product launch timelines and promotional calendars driven by the marketing team.

Supply Chain & Logistics Management

Oversee the full supply chain lifecycle—from sourcing and production through warehousing and last-mile delivery.
Manage 3PL relationships, freight carriers, and fulfillment partners to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Streamline order-to-delivery workflows for fast-moving DTC inventory.

Vendor & Supplier Management

Source and manage relationships with supplement manufacturers, packaging vendors, and raw material suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing, while holding vendors accountable to performance, regulatory, and quality standards.

Inventory & Demand Planning

Maintain optimal inventory levels across channels and warehouses to support sales velocity without overstocking.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to forecast demand based on campaign data and seasonal trends.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all products meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards throughout the supply chain.
Implement SOPs and QC protocols for supplement production, packaging, and fulfillment.

Process Optimization & Technology

Identify and implement tools and technologies to improve operational visibility, automate workflows, and increase efficiency.
Continuously analyze bottlenecks and improve turnaround times, cost control, and customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field, preferred.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, either in the direct-to-consumer or supplement industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software (ERP systems, demand planning tools, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and solve problems creatively.
Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and other relevant industry standards is a plus.
