Job Overview
We are seeking a Personal Assistant *ASAP* to support our executive team and day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and reliable individual who can handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks to help keep the team focused and efficient during our busy season.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
- Assist with travel arrangements and on-site logistics
- Handle email and phone correspondence as needed
- Run errands and handle personal tasks for executives
- Support with organizing and maintaining files, supplies, and equipment
- Assist with invoice tracking and basic administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must have reliable transportation in Miami, FL
