Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars by scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Handle correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, with professionalism
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities
- Perform basic research and gather information for projects
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required
