The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of Fragrance manufacturing experience, with site leadership responsibility and strong people leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Site leadership of Manufacturing Operations for Fragrance Manufacturing facility.
- Lead Manufacturing teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, maintenance & Quality.
- Direct purchasing, logistics and Supply Chain teams.
- Develop Operational and Continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure site compliance and ensure manufacturing safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Fragrance Manufacturing
- 5-8 years of experience in team leadership & people management.
- Strong Experience in Fragrance compounding.
