Summary
Seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization and drive strategic growth. The CEO will have full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and will be accountable for the overall operational and financial performance of the business. This includes leadership across all functional areas: operations, safety, quality, delivery, sales, cost control, and team development. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a passion for excellence, customer focus, and a strong background in aerospace MRO.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve business objectives, growth targets, and operational excellence.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and compliance in line with FAA Part 145 regulations and industry best practices.
- Own and manage full P&L; ensure revenue targets and margin goals are met or exceeded.
- Oversee all functional areas: operations, quality assurance, engineering, sales, finance, and human resources.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team; instill accountability, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure a customer-first approach in all aspects of the business.
- Implement Lean/Continuous Improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce cost.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth and market expansion.
Education, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace, MRO, or a highly regulated manufacturing/repair environment.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability.
- Deep understanding of FAA Part 145 operations and quality systems preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational performance, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
