Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Manufacturing, located in Pearland, TX. The Vice President of Manufacturing will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring operational excellence and effective management of the supply chain. This role includes directing day-to-day activities, improving operational processes, and managing resources efficiently to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management
- Experience with Manufacturing Operations Management and Operational Excellence
- Experience with PEMB/ Steel Fabrication
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing complex manufacturing operations
