As Plant Manager, you will lead daily site operations, champion safety and compliance, and implement strategies that drive efficiency, cost control, and performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Quality, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain—to ensure seamless production and delivery of our specialized ingredients portfolio.
👤 What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading a food, beverage, or ingredients manufacturing site
- Deep knowledge of GMP, HACCP, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership and people development skills—able to inspire and hold teams accountable
- Track record of driving continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
- Financial and strategic acumen; comfortable with budget management and CAPEX planning
