Administrative/HR Assistant
Location: Hollywood, FL
Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours weekly)
Compensation: $14 -$18/hr. based on experience

Position Summary:
MedElite is seeking a detail-oriented Admin/HR Assistant to support our team with offboarding processes and general office tasks for employees. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and eager to support a fast-paced, service-driven team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Create shipping labels for employee materials and equipment.
- Answer and delegate emails promptly and professionally.
- Scan, upload, and manage confidential documents securely.
- Support post-onboarding tasks, including preparing materials for new hires.
- Perform general administrative duties to maintain office efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of administrative or HR experience (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and google email management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in human resources or as office assistant
- Office operations, or HR-related support duties.
