📅 40 hours/week with rotating weekend coverage

MatchBukh Talent Solutions is partnering with a highly respected senior care organization in search of a Home Care Coordinator to support the coordination, supervision, and operations of in-home care services for elderly and frail individuals. This is a vital, full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule home care services for program participants
- Provide administrative support to the Nursing team and daily operations
- Assist with supervision and evaluation of caregivers
- Communicate with families, team members, and participants about care needs
- Support compliance, quality assurance, and reporting tasks
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year of experience working with elderly or frail individuals (required)
- Speaks English and Cantonese fluently (required)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, internet navigation, and phone systems (required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable in a team-based care environment
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology a plus
💪 Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and assist participants as needed
- Visual and auditory acuity required
