💰 $27–$31/hour (DOE)

🕐 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

📅 40 hours/week with rotating weekend coverage

MatchBukh Talent Solutions is partnering with a highly respected senior care organization in search of a Home Care Coordinator to support the coordination, supervision, and operations of in-home care services for elderly and frail individuals. This is a vital, full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and schedule home care services for program participants
Provide administrative support to the Nursing team and daily operations
Assist with supervision and evaluation of caregivers
Communicate with families, team members, and participants about care needs
Support compliance, quality assurance, and reporting tasks

✅ Ideal Candidate:

1+ year of experience working with elderly or frail individuals (required)
Speaks English and Cantonese fluently (required)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite, internet navigation, and phone systems (required)
Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable in a team-based care environment
Familiarity with basic medical terminology a plus

💪 Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and assist participants as needed
Visual and auditory acuity required
