Senior Executive Assistant | Hybrid role in NYC | Investment Management Firm
Our client is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant for a hybrid role in New York City.
Our client is an international investment management firm and this role is part of Executive Assistant team that supports senior staff. All candidates must have 5-7 years of high-level EA support experience supporting 1-3 principals (not a large team).

Responsibilities:
-Managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, juggling priorities
-Planning intricate travel itineraries
-Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties, and offering support for key projects
Qualifications:
-5-7 years of experience supporting one to three top executives/principals. (Not large team support.)
-A bachelor’s degree is preferred
-Detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
-Executive assistants are accustomed to taking ownership of their work product and excel at working in a team environment as well as independently.
-Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) and the ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
-Open to candidates from any field who have demonstrated keen judgment and an ability to learn quickly while assisting high-performing executives.
Salary: $120,000 to $140,000. Plus year-end bonus, overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
