Opportunity Description

Our client is a 20 billion dollar paper packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 18-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

We are looking for a Senior Plant Manager to step into an incredibly equipped facility that was neglected. We can classify this as a turn a round and the focus is on equipment and culture.

Qualifications

BS degree preferred
World Class manufacturing experience required
Preference to paper converting and printing experience
Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
Experienced managing a large manufacturing facility
P&L experience - financial acumen required
Business acumen and experience working with sales
Experienced developing talent
