We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO and help our company run smoothly. This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of everything we do.
What will you do in this role?Assist our CEO and COO in their day-to-day workloads ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and distractions are minimized by:
- Support the preparation of materials and internal reports, including detailed financial spreadsheets, expense tracking, and operations data where accuracy is essential.
- Draft and edit marketing content across multiple formats, including social media posts, website copy, event materials, and partner marketplace listings.
- Support recruiting and new hire onboarding by scheduling interviews, drafting candidate communication, preparing onboarding materials, and updating internal hiring trackers and documentation.
- Handle a wide range of operational tasks, such as food orders, AV setup, researching and updating internal software tools, and ordering office supplies or equipment.
- Managing internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, documentation, action item tracking, and follow-ups.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including vendor coordination, room reservations, desk assignments, kitchen supplies, and serving as the primary contact with the office landlord.
- Plan and book all team travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Run occasional personal and professional errands to support the executive team and overall company operations.
This is what we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations role.
- Excellent written communication — clear, professional, typo-free messages are a must.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Excellent with spreadsheets and productivity tools like MS Excel, Google Docs, and project/task management software.
- Comfortable managing confidential information and working directly with executives.
- Proven ability to manage calendars, meetings, and logistics across multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves; no task is too small if it helps the team move faster.
- Bonus: experience supporting early-stage startup teams.
