VP Operations (on-site - Phoenix):
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have experience working in a tax debt/relief environment
- Must have strong experience managing and mentoring a tax relief sales team
- Will help to review, analyze, and revise all SOPs from the ground up
- Will work directly with executive leadership to oversee all daily activities
- Directly impact strategic direction, and execution, of a quickly growing entity
- Salary is likely $225k-$300k base + bonus, benefits, and PTO
