Our client is a professional services firm that specializes in tax debt relief, and they're currently looking to hire a hands-on VP Operations. This is a quickly growing entity with great leaders in place, excellent internal resources, and dedicated leadership. This is a fun, dynamic work-place that invests and empowers their people. ** This is an on-site role **

VP Operations (on-site - Phoenix):

Must have excellent communication skills
Must have experience working in a tax debt/relief environment
Must have strong experience managing and mentoring a tax relief sales team
Will help to review, analyze, and revise all SOPs from the ground up
Will work directly with executive leadership to oversee all daily activities
Directly impact strategic direction, and execution, of a quickly growing entity
Salary is likely $225k-$300k base + bonus, benefits, and PTO
