Vice President of Operations – Construction
Lead with Vision. Deliver with Precision.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations (VP of Production) to lead the heart of our construction business project execution. This executive-level role is central to driving operational excellence across all active jobs—from strategic planning through final delivery. If you're a proven construction leader who thrives on accountability, efficiency, and team performance, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
Define and implement production strategies that streamline workflows, maximize efficiency, and drive alignment with company growth goals.
Full Project Oversight
Lead end-to-end project execution—including planning, design, construction, and closeout—ensuring seamless coordination and execution at every phase.
Performance & Project Delivery
Oversee timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Financial Management
Own operational budgeting and resource allocation; manage financial performance to ensure profitability and effective cost control.
Team Leadership & Culture
Build and mentor high-performing teams; promote a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous development across all levels.
Compliance & Safety Leadership
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards; foster a zero-compromise safety mindset across job sites.
Quality Assurance
Drive the implementation of robust QA/QC procedures that ensure consistent, top-tier results across all deliverables.
