Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in complex, high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Deep knowledge of quality systems, standards (ISO, AS, FDA, etc.), and continuous improvement tools.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale quality transformations and aligning quality with strategic business goals.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, leadership, and team development skills.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and a customer-first mindset throughout the organization.

This position will be based in Oklahoma City, OK, Portland, OR, South Gate, CA, Williamsport, MD, or Franklin, IN.

Salary: $210000 - $250000 per year
