Job Title: Vice President of Supply Chain

Salary: $180,000-$220,000 + Bonus

Vice President of Supply Chain:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Supply Chain to lead key initiatives across warehouse operations, logistics, planning, and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to shape a growing team and play a critical role in launching a new state-of-the-art automated facility.
This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.
Vice President of Supply Chain Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, warehouse automation, and customer service functions.
- Oversee a team and guide the hiring and development of additional roles in sourcing, MRP, and customer service.
- Manage local procurement contracts and ensure timely inventory replenishment aligned with broader global strategies.
- Serve as the strategic point person for a new automated warehouse project.
- Partner cross-functionally with transformation teams, engineers, and project managers to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
- Drive annual and long-range planning efforts to support future growth targets and budgetary alignment.
- Identify capability gaps within the team and take initiative to address talent needs independently.
- Elevate the supply chain function by making high-level strategic decisions while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
Vice President of Supply Chain Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles.
- Proven background in warehouse operations, automation, logistics, and managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships.
- Experience working in a company with at least $100M in revenue is required.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and long-term projects.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a track record of developing and scaling high-performing teams.
- Energetic, forward-thinking, and capable of driving transformation across a growing organization.
