Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our corporate communications team as a short-term Data Entry Associate. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce.
• Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
• Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline.
Skills:
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel or related work experience.
• Must have high attention to detail, be well organized, and a self-starter.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a relevant field preferred.
