Our small but growing manufacturing and design client is looking for a Project Manager.
**Onsite 5 days in Miami** Close to Miami Shores
Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning and execution of complex, high-visibility projects.
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues.
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
· Communicate project status clearly and regularly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
· Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 1 years in a senior or leadership role.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
· Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
· Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· High degree of adaptability to work with evolving client needs
