Brixey & Meyer, a leading Regional CPA and Business Advisory firm, is spearheading this confidential search for a President to join a local building and repair business located on the east side of Tampa, Florida. This company is backed by a Private Equity firm that anticipates holding it indefinitely.
The President will have full P&L responsibility, overseeing all aspects of the business—including manufacturing, sales, finance, supply chain, and culture. The ideal candidate is an experienced executive who has successfully led businesses at the President or CEO level. They must thrive in fast-paced environments, bring operational rigor, and drive results through strong leadership, team development, and a sharp focus on margin improvement. This leader will play a critical role in scaling infrastructure, integrating acquisitions, managing change, and building a high-performance culture aligned with EOS principles.

Your Responsibilities:
As a President, you will:
- Drive Operations: Lead daily functions with full P&L ownership across manufacturing, sales, finance, and supply chain
- Scale Infrastructure: Build systems and processes to support growth and long-term efficiency
- Execute Strategy: Translate vision into KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead Transition: Guide shift from founder-led to professional leadership while preserving culture
- Build Sales Engine: Design and implement a scalable, repeatable sales process
- Modernize Systems: Oversee ERP and CRM rollouts to boost efficiency and reporting
- Optimize Supply Chain: Strengthen vendor strategy to reduce costs and improve resilience
- Elevate Teams: Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing, accountable teams
- Control Finances: Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure strong financial performance
- Ensure Quality: Uphold top-tier product quality and regulatory compliance
- Enhance Experience: Improve customer satisfaction through service and process upgrades
- Align with Investors: Serve as operational lead with PE firms, ensuring strategic alignment
Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:
- Proven success as a President, CEO, COO, or senior operations executive—ideally in a private equity-backed environment
- 10+ years in operations leadership with a record of scaling businesses and integrating acquisitions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to lead both high-level strategic initiatives and hands-on operational execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of applying process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional leadership presence, with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage competing priorities
