Plant Manager
Potential candidates must have Food and Beverage Manufacturing experience.
We have been retained to fill a Plant Manager position in a growing company located in the St. Louis metropolitan area. This role will have responsibility for developing people, process and systems. This is a smaller food manufacturing facility with approximately 90 people.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- A minimum of 7 years leading operations in a food manufacturing plant
- Must have experience developing people with a coaching mentoring approach
- Must have passion and energy for leading operations to higher levels
- Prefer candidates with some level of technical skills
- Prefer bakery manufacturing experience
