The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative and organizational support for Executive.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for all administrative support functions for Vice Presidents including answering phone calls
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, policy changes, reports
- Maintain Department files
- Receive and distribute mail
- Manage the office supplies
- Coordinate incoming vendor correspondence (such as acknowledgment letters), to ensure vendor/subcontractor policy compliance
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Purchasing and Estimating Departments
- Coordinate interdepartmental conference calls and meetings
- Complete miscellaneous projects on an as needed basis
- From time to time must complete projects with short notice in extreme time constraints
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Requires 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
