What You'll Get To Do

Build trust and personal relationships with seniors
Assist seniors with all ADL's, especially helping with bathing, toileting/incontinence care, and evaluation of vital signs and changes in condition in seniors
Learn and engage seniors with memory-loss in games, mind & coordination activities, and in reflecting and enjoying the best memories they can recall
Delivering all the activities of a custom-designed care plan, and communicating changes and developments hand-in-hand with care managers

Job Eligibility Requirements

Professional caregiving experience: At least 1 year [those with volunteer, family member, or classroom-only caregiving experience are still considered]
Must be a Registered Home Care Aid (HCA)-- (If not, we'll show you how!)
Eligibility to work in the US
Required to have availability to regularly work on Weekends to be eligible for hiring bonus

Compensation Description

Hourly Pay: $18.50-$21.50/hr weekdays, $20.50 - $23.50 for weekends
Vacation and Sick Pay available after 90 days of employment
Health Insurance available after 90 days of employment for employees averaging 30+ hours per week
