Job Summary:
RéVive, a pioneer in science-backed luxury skincare founded by plastic surgeon Dr. Gregory
Brown, seeks a Product Planning Manager to drive global product strategy from insight to
launch. You will shape our innovation roadmap by analyzing market trends, defining consumercentric
product architectures, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver clinically proven,
high-performance skincare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consumer Insights & Market Analysis:
Conduct global market research (by region) to identify skincare trends, competitive
landscapes, and unmet consumer needs.
Diagnose gaps in existing product portfolios and align innovation with brand strategy.
2. Strategic Product Planning:
Develop annual/global product frameworks, including lifecycle management
(launch/upgrade/discontinuation).
Propose R&D focus areas based on technical advancements and regional compliance
standards.
3. Product Proposals:
Create data-driven proposals covering positioning, target audiences, key claims,
ingredients, efficacy testing, and launch timelines.
4. End-to-End Product Development:
Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, suppliers, labs) to execute development on schedule.
Manage supplier communications, sample approvals, and formula finalization.
5. Claim Development & Compliance:
Liaise with U.S. testing labs to validate product claims; ensure global training aligns with
scientific backing.
6. Product Lifecycle Optimization:
Monitor post-launch performance (sales, reviews, quality) and initiate improvements or
exits.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years in product planning/development (beauty/medical skincare preferred);
proven track record in successful product launches.
• Skills:
Mastery of product development workflows and regional market nuances.
Analytical prowess (consumer/data insights) and project management excellence.
Knowledge of skincare ingredients, efficacy testing, and global regulations.
