🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Own the S&OP process, ensuring alignment across supply, demand, and financial planning objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain planning strategy to support operational efficiency and superior customer satisfaction.
- Lead demand forecasting and planning efforts, working closely with sales, product, and operations teams to drive accuracy and alignment.
- Oversee supply planning and capacity modeling, supporting production efficiency and on-time delivery goals.
- Manage inventory strategies across a broad product portfolio to balance working capital and service level targets.
- Leverage analytics and planning systems to improve forecast accuracy, supply chain visibility, and informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization, technology adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor and develop a team of supply chain planners, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and agile team culture.
- Support executive leadership with strategic planning, KPIs, and long-term supply chain network design.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, operations, or logistics within manufacturing.
- Proven leadership in managing S&OP processes, demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization.
- Strong ERP and advanced planning system experience (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
