Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations at our Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and update company databases
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement

Qualifications
