Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and ensuring all information is handled with confidentiality and precision.

Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems
Review data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting them as needed
Maintain organized records of entered data and source documents
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Collaborate with other departments to verify and clarify information
Adhere to data entry procedures and company policies
Meet deadlines and performance targets for accuracy and speed

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM is a plus
