mature, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Support patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, shopping, meal prep, errands).
- Monitor and document health changes, fluid/food intake, and mobility routines.
- Teach patients and families about assistive devices, hygiene, and home safety.
- Offer guidance on nutrition, cleanliness, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the supervising nurse.
- Follow all professional, regulatory, and company standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in a home health setting (required)
- License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License (required); CHHA certification (preferred)
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must
- Compassionate, mature, and professional demeanor
Schedule & Setting:
- Flexible schedule based on case needs
- Primarily day shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Weekend and overnight shifts may be available
- In-home, one-on-one care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: Up to $18.00/hour
