At Better Home Care, we believe in providing high-quality, compassionate care that helps our patients live comfortably and independently at home. We’re seeking a mature, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

Support patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, shopping, meal prep, errands).
Monitor and document health changes, fluid/food intake, and mobility routines.
Teach patients and families about assistive devices, hygiene, and home safety.
Offer guidance on nutrition, cleanliness, and maintaining a safe environment.
Communicate changes in patient conditions to the supervising nurse.
Follow all professional, regulatory, and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in a home health setting (required)
License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License (required); CHHA certification (preferred)
Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must
Compassionate, mature, and professional demeanor

Schedule & Setting:

Flexible schedule based on case needs
Primarily day shifts (Monday–Friday)
Weekend and overnight shifts may be available
In-home, one-on-one care

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: Up to $18.00/hour
