Job Title: Head of operations – global business services
Location: Dallas, TX and Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Position Summary
We are seeking a leader to manage operations across global GBS hubs. This position reports to the Head of GBS and is responsible for service delivery, governance, and process improvement across delivery centers. You’ll also support onboarding of new services and ensure high-quality experiences for customers, employees, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across global service centers.
- Drive continuous improvement and consistency across all hubs.
- Partner with internal teams for onboarding and service changes.
- Build and promote operational discipline and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in GBS, shared services, or operational leadership.
- Experience managing global, multi-site teams.
- Familiar with Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willing to travel and work across time zones as required.
