We are seeking a strategic and results-driven plant operations leader to oversee plant activities at a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for directing operations across a workforce of up to 300 employees, with a strong focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.

Key Responsibilities

Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all plant functions.
Lead and develop the plant leadership team to drive operational excellence.
Monitor and manage KPIs, proactively addressing trends and performance gaps.
Facilitate strategic planning and budgeting aligned with business goals.
Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices and daily management systems.
Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and compliance with GMP standards.
Drive innovation in processes and systems to improve cost, service, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
At least 5 years of direct supervisory experience.
Strong business acumen in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-shift operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in paper converting, chemical/plastics processing, or packaging preferred.
Lean manufacturing and project management experience highly desirable.

Additional Requirements

Ability to be on-call 24/7.
Comfortable working in both office and industrial environments.
Must be able to wear PPE and work in conditions with noise, heat, and dust.
Valid driver’s license required.
