About the Role:

We are seeking an Operations Director to lead and scale the company’s Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Digital, and Design functions. This is a pivotal leadership position in a dynamic organization—ideal for a hands-on operations leader who has come up through the ranks in engineering and thrives in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring efficient end-to-end product delivery, and supporting the company’s global expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Digital, and Product Design teams.
Manage Supply Chain, Logistics, and Stores operations, ensuring materials and components are available to meet production schedules and customer demand.
Build and optimize operational processes to deliver high-quality, compliant medical device products efficiently and at scale.
Partner closely with R&D, Quality/Regulatory, and Executive leadership to align operations with company goals and regulatory standards.
Oversee manufacturing planning, supplier management, and production execution to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and lean initiatives across the organization.
Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Contribute to strategic decision-making and long-term business planning as part of the senior leadership team.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience leading operations or engineering in a medical device or advanced technology environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, logistics, product design, and digital integration.
Demonstrated success in scaling operations and delivering complex products from concept to commercialization.
A leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to inspire teams and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
