Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operational activities, driving business efficiency, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable growth and high performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company’s long-term objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage regional or departmental operations teams to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute business transformation, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and financial health.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to drive company-wide operational excellence.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and scalability.
Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven success in scaling operations, process optimization, and managing complex business functions.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
