Our client is seeking a skilled Vice President of Operations to lead production / assembly operations, and supply chain functions for a growing, multi-site organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing scalable systems, and developing a high-performing team to support continued growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, process-driven leader with deep experience in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all production and supply chain operations across multiple facilities.
Establish and improve processes, KPIs, and systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
Manage sourcing, supplier relationships, inventory, and cost optimization initiatives.
Implement quality programs to ensure consistent output and minimal rework.
Lead process improvement and cost-reduction efforts across production and logistics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
Recruit, develop, and lead a results-driven operations team focused on safety and productivity.
Drive change management and continuous improvement as the organization scales.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of progressive operations leadership in a manufacturing setting, including multi-site oversight.
Proven success implementing process improvements and managing cost efficiency initiatives.
Strong background in supplier management, inventory planning, and ERP systems.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
