Executive Assistant

Location: Nashville/Franklin TN (Remote with additional in person meetings & office time)

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination for executives.

• Arrange and manage domestic and international travel.

• Organize and prepare materials for ExCom and Board meetings.

• Coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Support high-level meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up actions.

• Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally in biotech or pharma.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Flexibility to support executives across EST and CST time zones.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $90,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience. Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package, 401(k) match, and additional perks.
