SALARY: $99,200 - $117,800, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

Provide executive and administrative support to several group Vice Presidents at Anheuser-Busch, assisting with daily operations, reporting, and special projects across multiple departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work proficiently with Inter-company departments and external stakeholders.
Answer phones, process mail, track and process expenses.
Prepare correspondence, coordinate meetings and execute travel arrangements.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Provide back-up support for various department admin staff when needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Manage team routine, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics and eliminating agenda conflicts
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive information.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Two plus years experience as administrative assistant preferred but not required.
