Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant at Corts, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing business. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will work closely with senior leadership to help scale and manage operations across marketing, sales, and product. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the leadership team, assisting with scheduling, communications, and daily tasks.

Coordinate cross-functional projects between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure timely execution.

Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as responding to inquiries, managing calendars, and supporting logistical needs.

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and sales campaigns.

Support the product development process by tracking inventory, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with product launches.

Manage office logistics, vendor relationships, and communication with internal teams.

Learn and adapt to new tasks as we scale, taking on more responsibility as you grow with the company.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally within a startup environment.

Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for sports, fitness, and wellness, with an interest in the volleyball community.

Ability to thrive in a startup mentality—flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.

A “can-do” attitude and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
