We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager to lead all facets of our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, production, and maintenance initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all plant operations including safety, quality, production, and maintenance.
Coordinate cross-functional activities with departmental managers to meet manufacturing goals.
Develop and manage operating budgets, capital expenditures, and cost controls.
Oversee plant performance, ensuring achievement of quality and productivity standards.
Champion continuous improvement efforts in production methods, asset reliability, and preventive maintenance.
Control operational costs including labor, overtime, and supply expenditures.
Mentor and develop departmental leaders; promote team alignment with company objectives.
Drive safety and compliance culture through training, procedures, and monitoring.
Report on plant performance, financial targets, and future planning to executive leadership.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering (preferred), or Business.
7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership.
Demonstrated success managing in a union environment.
Proven ability to manage complex budgets and interpret financial statements.
Expertise in manufacturing processes, operational planning, and process improvements.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
