Essential Functions:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents on weekends.
- Administer medications, treatments, and care plans in accordance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for all residents.
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and provide necessary interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
