Sterling Medical is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at the El Centro VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic. This facility serves Veterans in El Centro and the surrounding communities, expanding access to exceptional primary care for those who have served our nation.
Position Highlights
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)
- 11 Federal Holidays Off

Qualifications
- Active California LVN license
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of primary care or clinic experience
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
