About the Role
Acts as a strategic partner and key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure organizational performance expectations are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Coaches and develops direct reports and management teams across all operational functions to ensure delivery against key business metrics and strategic objectives.
- Identifies and implements methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, and strengthen control measures across the enterprise.
- Leads collaborative efforts to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that enhance the overall efficiency of the firm and ensure excellent client service.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company to the Board of Directors.
- Oversees the overall strategy, purpose, and vision of the entire Human Resources function: benefits, payroll, 401k, recruitment, learning and development, culture, performance management, and succession planning.
- Motivates and leads a high-performance executive and management team across multiple departments and functions.
- Attracts, recruits, and retains top-tier talent for key leadership positions throughout the organization.
- Provides executive mentoring and leadership development as cornerstones of the organization's management development program.
- Collaborates with the executive team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
- Demonstrates a willingness to take on new challenges with a mindset that seeks continuous improvement and innovation at all levels.
- Works with significant autonomy while ensuring the Board of Directors' expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Fosters a success-oriented, accountable, and results-driven culture throughout the company.
- Represents the firm with clients, investors, and business partners at the highest levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, operations management, or a related field required
- MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience with at least 5 years in a senior executive role
- In-depth understanding of industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management
- Demonstrated strategic leadership ability with proven track record of driving organizational growth and transformation

Pay range and compensation package
$250,000 Base + Bonus
