Job Summary and Qualifications
The Manager, Neuroscience Services, provides support and leadership in establishing clinical goals and priorities, management of enterprise-wide neuroscience clinical improvement initiatives, and deployment of services and technologies to enhance clinical operations. Assists in the development of strategies, implementation of tactics and creation of tools to advance the neuroscience clinical agenda. Assures alignment of evidence based clinical improvement, compliance, and growth strategies.
Will be considered the subject matter expert for stroke clinical workflow, national registries (e.g. AHA Get-with-the-Guidelines), and certification/accreditation.
Major Responsibilities:
· Provides support to the neuroscience service line by developing clinical improvement tactics that align and support growth initiatives.
· Identify, investigate, evaluate and become proficient in new neuroscience technologies and technical disciplines that are of significance to HCA Healthcare and will support the mission and vision.
· Proactively identifies evidence-based practices and processes for stoke care by leveraging best available evidence and research to define standards of care.
· Monitors stroke clinical performance with the ability to compare and analyze against national benchmarks.
· Coordinates virtual and onsite clinical improvement engagements.
· Creates tools and resources for facility and division leadership to further support safe and effective care delivery.
· Evaluates new neuroscience programs and level of care changes for assessment of readiness gaps and serves as a consultant for action planning (e.g. advancement to comprehensive stroke center)
· Supports strategic goals, establishes work priorities, and reports milestones to CSG leadership.
· Provides project planning, coordination assistance, and performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required
•3+ years in clinical neuroscience care including clinical application knowledge and implementation experience and experience leading multidisciplinary quality improvement teams. Experience in a comprehensive stroke center highly preferred.
