Title: Eastern Regional Sales Director
Location: NY Metro/Tri-State Area
Director of Sales – Premium Spirits (U.S.)
A fast-growing, well-established spirits brand is expanding its U.S. team and looking for a Director of Sales to lead and scale commercial operations across the East Coast. This is an opportunity to continue to develop a thoughtful, culture-rooted brand that blends authenticity, craftsmanship, and community impact.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the commercial roadmap on the East Coast, with a focus on team leadership & distributor management. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and loves rolling up their sleeves to lead by example.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute sales strategy across on-premise & off-premise channels
- Manage and grow a team of regional managers & market managers
- Expand retail presence and further develop the team to strengthen their off-premise base
- Partner closely with the executive leadership to activate programs and deepen trade relationships
- Immerse in the brand story, product, and mission to drive awareness and advocacy
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with SGWS, either internally or as a supplier partner (preferred)
- Proven experience driving retail sales and building premium spirits brands (required)
- Strong network of account relationships on the East Coast, particularly NYC (required)
- Experience leading a team of direct reports (required)
- 5+ years of experience working in a distributor house (preferred)
